GREAT INSTRUCTION!
Join us for our four- and five-day
workshops in Portland, Oregon. Hundreds of students from around
the world have come to Portland, Oregon for our sewing
vacations. You’ll share camaraderie with other sewers from all
walks of life—from surgeons to CEOs to fabric store owners,
homemakers, dressmakers, attorneys, farmers, and teachers.
You will be
guided by the qualified Palmer/Pletsch teaching team. You’ll
learn not only the easiest way to perform a task, but the best
way. When there is more than one BEST way, you will be offered
choices. Select the best way for YOU. We have been teaching
sewing for over 35 years, focusing on quality garments sewn with
limited time. We have worked with and influenced pattern
companies, bringing our message to you along with our books and
DVDs in the broadest way. We want to PERSONALLY share our
knowledge with you in these workshops. AND, we learn from you as
well—hopefully making us better teachers.

This was my
first time attending a Palmer/Pletsch workshop and I will definitely
return for all the offered courses. I intend to make this a yearly
vacation just for me. I never once thought seriously about my
business back in New York City while in Portland.
