Palmer/Pletsch is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your
need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable
information you share with us. We will only use this information for our own
business related purposes and will not sell or distribute your information
to anyone else.
Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing. Delivery time will vary
between 4 and 14 days in the U.S.A. depending on the level of service you
select. Your service may be upgraded at time of shipping to
improve speed of delivery.
Please choose Media Mail ONLY if you are ordering
books, patterns and videos. Flat Rate packaging is subject to space
limitations. Flat rate envelopes can contain ONE ITEM only.
For
international
orders,
Delivery time will also vary from between 7 and 14 days for Global Priority
and from between 30 to 60 days for Surface Parcel Post. Be sure to
select the level you prefer, or e-mail before ordering for more information,

Returns for defective or damaged merchandise are allowed within 30 days of
your order. Please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as you notice
any problem with your order. An exchange for the originally ordered
item will be sent at no shipping charge with a return envelope or package.
Exchanges for unused items are allowed within the first 10 days of your
order.. Postage must be paid by the customer for the return and
shipment of the exchange item.
Palmer/Pletsch reserves the right to review each order and accept or reject
it for any reason. All transaction fees incurred are the sole
responsibility of the cardholder.
Workshops
Workshop Cancellation Policy: If you are unable
to attend a scheduled workshop, please notify Palmer/Pletsch at least 30
days in advance of the class to receive a refund for your tuition less the $100 deposit
which is
non-refundable. Reservations for classes cancelled after the 30
day period will be credited a
certificate for a future class only and must be used within 2 years of the
original class.
Palmer/Pletsch reserves the right to cancel any
workshop up to 30 days prior to the starting date if minimum enrollment is
not met. All deposits and fees will then be refunded.
